The 2011-2012 season marks Angela’s secondyear coaching girls soccer at Mira Costa. Angela began her own soccer career when she was only six years old and has been playing ever since. As a freshman in high school she joined the Mira Costa junior varsity girls soccer team and quickly moved up to varsity. She now plays in a co-ed league at Aviation field with South Bay Sports. Angela is currently attending college at Cal State University Dominguez Hills where she is earning a degree in kinesiology. Once finished she plans on becoming a full-time teacher in Health and Physical Education. She has spent the past three years working for Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation where she has gained much experience in working with adolescents. She looks forward to her new Frosh-Soph team and plans on another fun and successful season.
