Welcome to our new website

July 28th

This is the new home for all the news, scores, schedules and off-the-field activities for the Mustangs girls soccer program.  We are striving to make this site a celebration of the accomplishments of our student-athletes and a robust historical record of the program.  We've filled these pages with photos and videos from the 2020-2021 season... and we're looking for more.  If you have media that you can contribute -- especially from the JV and F/S teams - please email Heather Macaulay.  Thank you!

Mira Costa teams finish 29-4-4 overall

May 12th

The Mira Costa girls soccer program triumphed in a difficult season cut short due to COVID-19. Varsity finished with a 10-4 record and a share of the Bay League title with Redondo Union.  Moving up to the CIF Southern Section Division 1 playoffs, the girls lost a first-round heartbreaker to Laguna Nigel 2-1 in overtime at Waller Stadium.  Junior Varsity (10-0-2) and Freshman-Sophomore (9-0-2) both had dominating, undefeated seasons.
